Hydro acquired the Polish aluminium recycling company, Alumetal S.A on June 30, completing the tender offer for more than 97% of the shares, therefore, on July 10, we had the opportunity to celebrate the acquisition of the Alumetal Group with Norsk Hydro at all plants.

In December 2022, a first aid training courses was held in all plants of the Alumetal Group, attended by employees from all departments of the company.

At the end of 2022, the Alumetal Group, for the third time, organized a competition for all employees' children under the slogan "Play with us - let's win with accidents".

The Alumetal Group, in cooperation with the “Pozytywni” Association and with the enormous support of our friendly contractor - the Reukema company, also joined in helping refugees.
