Head of Aluminium Metal staffs

Anders Stenhagen is Head of Aluminium Metal staffs, responsible for the HR, CSR, Sustainability, Safety, Business Systems and Compliance function within the Aluminium Metal Business Area in Hydro.

Stenhagen is an experienced Manager with a career in Hydro for almost 20 years, having previously worked within consulting. In the beginning of his career in Hydro he was HR Manager for the Qatalum JV, before taking on the role as Head of Compensation & Benefits in the company. Since 2012 he has headed staff functions in the Aluminium Metal Business Area in Hydro.

Stenhagen is a Norwegian citizen and holds a two Master’s degrees within organizational and clinical psychology from City University in London and Aarhus University in Denmark.

Hanne Simensen currently holds the position of Executive Vice President Hydro Aluminium Metal.

Simensen has several years of experience from international markets and has headed operational, commercial and staff organizations globally. She has hold leadership positions in the Oil & Gas business area, the Energy business area and the Aluminium business areas.

Simensen is a Norwegian citizen and holds a Master of Management degree in strategic management from the Norwegian school of management and a bachelor’s degree in international marketing from Norway and Germany.

Head of Recycling, Hydro Aluminium Metal

Ingrid Heradstveit Guddal is Head of Recycling in Hydro Aluminium Metal and is responsible for seven Recycling plants in Europe and US as well as for several new Recycling projects, both greenfield and brownfield, under construction.

Guddal started her career in Hydro in 1993 and has broad experience from management positions both in Primary production as well as in Recycling. Her experience outside of Hydro include Chief Municipal Executive in Odda Municipality and Advisor for business clusters in Innovation Norway. Ingrid also has experience as a Board Member for several companies.

Guddal is a Norwegian citizen and she holds a Master degree in Process Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin, Germany and an Executive MBA in Strategic Management from the Norwegian School of Management.
